Founded by CEO Mohammad Tehrani and led alongside Vice President Sheida Behzad, the firm offers end-to-end project delivery — architectural design, engineering, permit acquisition, and construction — under a single contract.

Mohammad founded Paya Group on the principle that the best construction outcomes come from a single team owning the project from design through completion. His civil engineering background — with honors from one of Iran's top technical universities — has guided projects ranging from high-rise residential buildings and commercial subdivisions to bank branches, data centers, and medical centers. He has personally overseen hundreds of projects from conception to completion across multiple sectors.
Sheida Behzad

Master of Science in Architecture
Sheida brings over three decades of architectural practice to every Paya Group project. Holding an M.Sc. in Architecture and having practiced since 1994, she has designed across commercial, residential, municipal, medical, sports complex, and entertainment sectors — handling both interior and exterior architecture. At Paya Group, she leads the design function that makes the firm's permit-ready design-build model possible.
